About Jaggara

Jaggara is the employer of record for this position and provides employment, payroll, and people operations for the Skulytics engineering team in Indonesia.

This role works full-time as part of the Skulytics engineering organization.

The Opportunity

As Skulytics continues to grow, we're looking for an Engineering & Integrations Manager to help scale both our engineering organization and our platform.

This role is responsible for strengthening engineering leadership, improving delivery, developing engineers, and creating an outstanding technical experience for partners integrating with the Skulytics platform.

This is not a hands-off management role, nor is it intended to replace the expertise of our existing technical leaders. Instead, you'll coach and support the engineering team, improve how Engineering operates, and help build an organization that can scale for years to come.

What You'll Do

Engineering Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team.

• Mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders.

• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.

• Recruit and hire exceptional engineering talent.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

• Reduce key-person dependency through mentoring, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Build an engineering organization capable of supporting long-term growth.

Engineering Operations

• Improve engineering planning and execution.

• Support sprint planning and delivery forecasting.

• Manage engineering capacity planning.

• Establish engineering metrics and reporting.

• Improve engineering processes and team efficiency.

• Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks.

• Strengthen collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Leadership.

Partner Integrations

• Lead technical conversations with strategic partners.

• Guide API discovery and integration planning.

• Review technical requirements with integration partners.

• Improve developer onboarding.

• Improve API documentation and developer experience.

• Represent Engineering during partner implementation projects.

Organizational Development

• Improve engineering documentation.

• Establish engineering standards and best practices.

• Develop engineering playbooks.

• Improve onboarding for new engineers.

• Strengthen incident management processes.

• Help build a mature and scalable engineering organization.

Your role is to strengthen the engineering organization, support technical leaders, remove organizational obstacles, and enable Engineering to perform at its highest level.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Previous experience leading or managing engineering teams.

• Experience building or supporting API-first software platforms.

• Strong understanding of modern software architecture.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience mentoring software engineers.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Comfortable communicating directly with enterprise technical partners.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred

• Experience with SaaS products.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

• Experience working with APIs and developer platforms.

• Experience improving engineering processes and organizational maturity.

• Experience with retail technology, product information management (PIM), ERP, or eCommerce platforms.

• Experience working in a fast-growing technology company.

First 90 Days

Days 1-30

• Learn the Skulytics platform and engineering organization.

• Build relationships with the engineering team.

• Understand our products, customers, and strategic partners.

• Assess engineering processes and organizational health.

• Identify opportunities for improvement.

Days 31-60

• Begin improving engineering operations.

• Strengthen engineering documentation.

• Improve delivery visibility.

• Mentor engineers and technical leaders.

• Build relationships with strategic technical partners.

Days 61-90

• Present a long-term engineering organizational plan.

• Recommend future hiring priorities based on organizational needs.

• Deliver measurable improvements to engineering processes.

• Establish engineering success metrics.

• Create a roadmap for continued organizational growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rp 25,000,000 - Rp 30,000,000 gross per month

• Full-time employment through Jaggara

• On-site role based in Bandung, Indonesia
