About the Role
We are looking for an HR Manager who can take full ownership of our HR function, ensuring structure, clarity, and consistency across all people operations.
This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and operational levels—building systems, guiding execution, and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
You will work closely with leadership (including international stakeholders) to define, implement, and maintain a scalable HR foundation across the organization.
What You Will Do
HR Strategy & System Ownership
Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and internal systems
Ensure consistency across contracts, policies, and the full employee lifecycle
Build scalable HR infrastructure aligned with company growth
Team Leadership & Oversight
Lead and oversee HR functions (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Compliance)
Establish clear ownership, accountability, and execution standards
Develop internal HR capabilities and structure
Organizational Alignment
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Drive performance management, role clarity, and accountability systems
Support and stabilize organizational changes and transitions
Requirements
Proven experience in HR leadership or HR Manager roles
Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employee lifecycle management
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory) — must be comfortable communicating daily with international stakeholders
Prior experience in SaaS, POS, ERP, or technology-driven companies is highly preferred
Strong ability to build structure, systems, and scalable processes
High ownership mindset with strong decision-making capability
Ability to operate independently without constant direction
