HR Operations Specialist

PT Jaggara Global Workforce – Bandung (On-site)

We are hiring an HR Operations Specialist who is highly detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in handling day-to-day HR operations.

This role requires fluent spoken English and prior experience working in SaaS, POS, or ERP environments. Candidates without this background are unlikely to be considered.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across all HR processes.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end

- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

- Ensure proper tracking and compliance across all employee data

Contracts & Documentation

- Prepare, issue, and manage employment agreements

- Maintain structured and well-organized HR documentation

- Ensure all documents are properly tracked, versioned, and stored

HR Administration & Coordination

- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration

- Track leave balances, attendance, and employee records

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration

- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)

- Experience working in SaaS, POS, ERP, or system-driven environments (mandatory)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Comfortable working with structured, repetitive, and process-driven tasks

- Able to manage multiple workflows with consistency and accuracy

This role is best suited for someone who values structure, consistency, and precision in their work.
