We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for IT, SaaS, and POS/ERP roles.
This role is best suited for someone who moves quickly, evaluates candidates beyond resumes, and maintains a high standard of hiring quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Candidate Sourcing
Identify and attract candidates across multiple channels, with a focus on IT, SaaS, and POS/ERP roles
Build and maintain a strong and consistent talent pipeline
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate quality
Evaluate both technical fit and communication ability
Interview Coordination
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Manage scheduling and ensure smooth candidate communication
Hiring Process Management
Maintain a fast, structured, and professional hiring process
Track candidates accurately and ensure a strong overall candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Experience hiring for IT / SaaS / POS / ERP roles is mandatory
Fluent in spoken English is mandatory (used daily in communication)
Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Candidates without fluent spoken English or without experience hiring for IT/SaaS environments will not be considered.
